All our greens are grown to order and delivered throughout the EH15 postcode, via pedal power. (That’s me and my bike) If you happen to live out-with the EH15 postcode and you don’t mind collecting your order, that’s fine too. We’ll be on hand to on harvest days to supply a collection service.

I’m a Architectural technician of 20 years, who lost use of one eye and along with that, lost the ability to work multiple hours at my computer screen each day. This has led me to look into new ways to make a living, while doing something that I care about and love doing – Combining my love of growing my own veg with health and well-being
I’ve reached an age where I’m no longer looking to make a million - I’m more interested in making a difference. Doing something that I can be proud of and provides a service to my local community. Something that can benefit everyone’s health and well-being – Including my own. Improving on what’s on offer by the supermarkets, providing a local source of the highest quality natural medicine and nutrition. Something that that can quickly alter and adapt to local requirements, doing something I love while providing me with a job that I’ll never want to retire from.
My intention was to not only grow and provide Microgreens but to inform and educate the local community to grow their own. The more the community use the service, the cheaper and environmentally friendly it becomes for everyone… proper Ikigai!
By confining my service, product and delivery area to East Edinburgh (EH15), I can concentrate on keeping the business as low energy and carbon free as possible. We grow our Pure Greens hydroponically on hemp matting, using no pesticides, no fertilizers, no chemicals and no single use plastics – Just pure, clean aerated tap water, treated with UV bacterial filters.
Because most vegetables lose 30% of the vitamin content within 3 days of harvest, we harvest only once a week and deliver the same day in compostable cardboard packaging. Ensuring maximum freshness, nutritional, health benefits and taste, with minimal effect on the environment.
Our core offer consists of four tasty variants of microgreen, chosen for taste and the highest mineral and vitamin content.
